Öğe Macromycetes determined in Silifke (Mersin) district(Kahramanmaras Sutcu Imam Univ Rektorlugu, 2023) Kaplan, Derya; Uzun, Yasin; Kaya, AbdullahThis study was carried out on the macrofungi samples collected from Silifke district of Mersin province. As a result, 122 macromycete species belonging to 91 genera, 48 families, 18 orders, and 7 classes, within Ascomycota and Basidiomycota were determined. Including the previously reported 11 species, a total of 133 macromycete taxa were compiled from the region. The list of the taxa was provided together with their habitats, collection dates, voucher numbers, and the citations for those reported before.Öğe A new record for the Physalacriaceae family in Turkey(2021) Kaplan, Derya; Uzun, Yasin; Kaya, AbdullahCryptomarasmius minutus (Peck) T.S. Jenkinson & Desjardin, is given as new record for the mycobiota of Turkey with a short description and figures related to its macro and micromorphology. This species is the second member of the genus Cryptomarasmius T.S. Jenkinson & Desjardin in Turkey and characterized by small, red-brown pileus, distant, often reduced lamellae, ellipsoid to narrowly ellipsoid basidiospores, and the presence of pileocystidia, dimorphic cheilocystidia, pleurocystidia, and caulocystidia.Öğe Phylloscypha boltonii, a new record for the mycobiota of Turkey(2020) Kaplan, Derya; Uzun, Yasin; Kaya, AbdullahPhylloscypha boltonii is reported for the first time for the mycobiota of Turkey. This species is the second member of the genus Phylloscypha Van Vooren in Turkey. A brief description of the taxon is given together with the photographs related to its macro and micromorphologies.Öğe Silifke (Mersin) yöresinde yetişen makromantarların belirlenmesi(KMÜ, Fen Bilimleri Enstitüsü, Biyoloji Ana Bilim Dalı, 2019) Kaplan, Derya; Kaya, Abdullah; Uzun, YasinBu çalışma Silifke (Mersin) yöresinde yetişen makromantarlar üzerinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. 2017-2019 yılları arasında düzenli olarak bölgede gerçekleştirilen arazi çalışmaları sonucunda 407 makromantar örneği toplanmıştır. Örneklerin morfolojik ve ekolojik özellikleri not edilerek doğal ortamlarında fotoğraflanmıştır. Laboratuvar ortamına getirilen örnekler kurutularak fungaryum materyali haline getirilmiş, gerekli teşhis işlemleri sonucunda 7 sınıf, 18 takım, 48 familya ve 89 cinse ait 122 tür belirlenmiştir. Belirlenen türlerden 31 tanesi Ascomycota, 91 tanesi ise Basidiomycota bölümüne aittir. Tespit edilen taksonlardan Stamnaria americana Massee & Morgan (Calloriaceae-Ascomycota), Peziza boltonii Quél. (Pezizaceae-Ascomycota) ve Cryptomarasmius minutus (Peck) T.S. Jenkinson & Desjardin (Physalacriaceae-Basidiomycota) Türkiye için yeni kayıttır. Stamnaria Fuckel cins düzeyinde yeni kayıttır.Öğe Stamnaria Fuckel: A new discomycete genus record for turkish mycobiota(2021) Kaplan, Derya; Uzun, Yasin; Kaya, AbdullahThe parasitic discomycete genus, Stamnaria Fuckel. was reported for the first time from Turkey based on the collection of Stamnaria americana Massee & Morgan on living stems of Equisetum hyemale L. Short description of the newly recorded species and the photographs related to its macro and micromorphologies were provided.
