| dc.description.abstract | This study focus on the issue of the relationship between political parties and their typologies in terms of emergence conditions. In this context, the main question of the research is the similarity or difference changes between the emergence conditions of political parties according to their typologies and their cyclical developments during election periods. The first case of the study is that political parties in Turkey emerged from within the parliament and from extraordinary conditions such as national war of freedom. Thus, it can be stated that extraordinary conditions unite political parties under an ideological roof which is the national state ideology. However, the holding of many general elections and the establishment of unstable goverments appear as another problem. When this situation is taken into consideration, it is understood that political parties carry out electoral processes rather than alvernative ideologies, and political party typologies are affected by voter behaviors over time. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışma ortaya çıkış koşulları itibariyle siyasi partiler ve tipolojileri arasındaki nedensel ilişkiyi konu edinmektedir. Tipolojilerine göre siyasi partilerin ortaya çıkış koşulları ve seçim dönemlerindeki konjonktürel gelişmeleri arasında benzerlik ve/ve ya farklılık değişimleri araştırmanın temel sorusudur. Böylece demokratik siyasal sistemlerin temel kurumları arasında yer alan siyasi partilerin tipolojik özelliklerinin seçimlerdeki sonuçlarla ilişkisi incelenmektedir. Araştırmanın birincil bulgusu Türkiye’de siyasi partilerin parlamento içerisinden ve olağan üstü koşullardan ortaya çıktığıdır. Olağan üstü koşulların siyasi partileri ideolojik bir çatı altında birleştirdiği ifade edilebilmektedir. Ancak çok sayıda genel seçimlerin gerçekleştirilmesi ve istikrarlı olmayan hükümetlerin kurulması diğer bir sorunsal olarak belirmektedir. Bu durum dikkate alındığında ise siyasi partilerin alternatif ideolojilerden ziyade ekarte edici seçim süreci yürüttüğü ve siyasi parti tipolojilerinin zaman içerisinde seçmen davranışları tarafından etkilendiği anlaşılmaktadır. | en_US |
