| dc.description.abstract | Dünyada hızla gelişen ve değişen teknolojik imkânlarla birlikte artan rekabet, işletmelerin büyüme ve karlılıklarını daha yükseğe çekme baskısıyla hata, hile, suiistimal ve yolsuzluk yapma yönelimlerinin arttığı görülmektedir. Tüm bu suç unsurlarının, geleneksel yöntemlerle tespiti ve önlenmesi yetersiz kalmaktadır. Hukuk, muhasebe, denetim ve kriminoloji bilimleri ile tam bir senkronizasyon içerisinde olan “Adli Muhasebe” tam da bu noktada yadsınamaz bir çözüm olarak ortaya çıkmaktadır. Gelişmiş ülkelerde uzun yıllardır etkin ve yetkin bir biçimde uygulamada olan adli muhasebe ve adli muhasebecilik mesleği ülkemizde 90’lı yıllardan itibaren adından söz ettirmeye başlasa da günümüze gelindiğinde halen uygulamada olmadığı görülmektedir. Karaman ilinde yaptığımız uygulama ile adli muhasebe alanı ve adli muhasebecilik mesleğinin akademisyenler, yargı mensupları, muhasebe meslek mensupları, denetmenler ve kolluk kuvvetleri arasındaki farkındalığı ve Türkiye’de uygulanabilirliği irdelenmiş, mevcut sisteme entegrasyonu için hedefler gösterilmiş ve öneriler sunulmuştur. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | It is seen that the tendency to make mistakes, fraud, abuse and corruption has increased with the increasing competition with the rapidly developing and changing technological opportunities in the world and the pressure to increase the growth and profitability of the enterprises. The detection and prevention of all these criminal elements with traditional methods is insufficient. “Forensic Accounting”, which is in full synchronization with the sciences of law, accounting, auditing and criminology, emerges as an undeniable solution at this point. Although the profession of forensic accounting and forensic accounting, which has been in practice effectively and competently for many years in developed countries, has started to be mentioned in our country since the 90s, it is still seen that it is not in practice today. With our practice in Karaman, awareness of forensic accounting and the forensic accounting profession among academics, members of the judiciary, accountants, auditors and law enforcement, and its applicability in Turkey were examined, targets were presented and suggestions were presented for its integration into the current system. | en_US |
