| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışma, bebeklerde kan alma sırasında oluşacak ağrının azaltılmasında siyah beyaz görsellerin etkisini değerlendirmek amacıyla randomize kontrollü deneysel tipte planlandı. Veriler Temmuz 2020 ve Şubat 2021 tarihleri arasında bir Eğitim ve Araştırma Hastanesinin Çocuk Kan Alma Biriminde, kan aldırma işlemi için başvuru yapan ve çalışmaya katılımı kabul eden aile ve bebeklerinden anket formu ve NIPS ağrı skalası ile toplandı. Veriler SPSS 21 programında tanımlayıcı istatistikler (sayı, yüzde, ortalama, standart sapma, minimum maksimum değer) Ki kare, Mann Whitney U testi, gözlemciler arası uyumun belirlenmesinde Cohen Kappa Analizi ile değerlendirildi, p<0,05 anlamlı kabul edildi. Araştırma kapsamına alınan bebeklerin gestasyon haftalarının 38,53±1,48 hafta doğum kilosu ortalamalarının 3088±526,97 gr, boy ortalamalarının 48,88±2,17 cm olduğu belirlendi. Bebeklerin %56,9'u (n=29) deney, %43,1'i (n=22) kontrol grubunda idi. Bebeklerin demografik özelliklerine göre deney ve kontrol grubunda anlamlı farklılık görülmedi (p>0,05). Kan alma işlemi sırasında deney grubuna uygulanan siyah beyaz görsellerin ağrıyı azalttığı ve kontrol grubu ile aralarında istatistiksel olarak farklılık olduğu belirlendi (p<0,05). Bebeklerde kan alma işlemi sırasında gelişen ağrı kontrolünün sağlanmasında, dikkati başka yöne çekmek için uygulanan siyah beyaz görsellerin, ağrının azaltılmasında etkili olduğu belirlendi. Hastanelerde, bebeklerde gelişen prosedürel ağrının kontrol altına alınması için siyah beyaz görsellerin işlem esnasında uygulanması gereklidir. Siyah beyaz görsellerin prosedürel ağrının azaltılmasında uygulanabilir, nonfarmakolojik bir yöntem olduğu görüldü. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | This study was planned in a randomized controlled experimentel research desing to evauluate the effect of black and White images on reducing the pain that will ocur during blood collection in infants. Study at Training and Research Hospital Pediatric Blood Collection Unit between July 2020 and February 2021. The data NIPS pain scale, which introduced the demographic characteristics of the baby and the family and the health status of the baby. Data In the SPSS 21 program was evaulated by descriptive statistics (number, percentage, mean, standard deviation, minimum and maximum value) the square test, the Mann Whitney U test, the Cohen Kappa Analysis to determine the harmony between the observers and p <0.05 was considered significant. It was determined that the average birth weight of the babies included in the study at 38.53 ± 1.48 weeks of gestation was 3088 ± 526.97 g. and their average height was 3088 ± 526.97 g. %56.9 (n =29) of the babies werw in the experimental group and % 43.1 were in the control group. There was no significant difference in the experimental and control groups according to the demographic characteristics of the babies ( p>0,05). It was determined that the black and white images applied to the experimental group during the blood collection process reduced the painand there was a statistical difference between them and the control group. (p <0.05). It was determined that the black and white images applied to divert attention and reduce the pain were effective in providing pain control developed during the bleeding procedure in babies. In hospitals, black and white images should be applied during the procedure in order to control the procedural pain that develops in babies. Black and white images are a non-pharmacological method that can be applied to reduce procedural pain. | en_US |
