| dc.description.abstract | Dünya üzerinde köklü değişimlerin ve dönüşümlerin yaşanmakta olduğu, sosyal, ekonomik, kültürel ve politik yapılarda gittikçe hızlanan değişimlerin varlığına tanıklık ettiğimiz bir dönemi yaşamaktayız. 20. Yüzyıl ortalarından sonra büyük bir ivme kazanan gelişmelere, küreselleşme olgusunun da eklenmesi ile toplumlarda meydana gelen değişimler hem var oldukları coğrafya üzerinde hem de iletişim kanallarında yaşanan gelişmeler ile mevcut coğrafyalarının dışında da kendilerini göstermeye başlamıştır. Yaşanan bu değişimler ve gelişmeler ile toplumsal olayların ve toplumsal olaylarda kendisini gösteren aktörlerin konumları ve rolleri tekrardan konuşulmaya ve tartışılmaya başlanmıştır. 1960’larda ortaya çıkan ve siyasal iktidar hedefli, ekonomik çıkar odaklı sınıfsal yapıların var olduğu eski toplumsal hareketler 1970’lerden itibaren yerini ekolojik hareketlere, feminizim tabanlı hareketlere, nükleer enerji karşıtı hareketlere bırakmıştır. Daha sonra ise küresel boyutta adalet hareketleri ortaya çıkmış ve giderek büyümeye başlamıştır. Toplumsal alanda ortaya çıkan bu değişimler, toplumsal hareketlerin var olma nedenlerini, içerisinde yer alan kitlelerin özelliklerini, hareket biçimlerini ve hedeflerini de değişikliğe uğratmıştır. Bu gelişmelerle beraber tek konu düzleminde birleşmeyen, konuların çeşitlendiği ve ilk başlarda sınıf temelli olarak görünmeyen toplumsal hareketler ortaya çıkmıştır. Teknolojik gelişmeler ise toplumsal hareketlere yeni bir ivme kazandırmıştır. İnternetin ortaya çıkışı ve sosyal medya kullanımının artması ile insanlar saniyeler içerisinde hem kendi ülkelerindeki bireylerle hem de çok farklı coğrafyalarda yaşayan bireylerle etkileşime girerek, dakikalar içerisinde büyük kitleler haline dönüşüp bir toplumsal hareketi başlatabilecek güce ulaşmışlardır. Bunun örneklerini ise yakın zamanda hem Avrupa da hem Arap coğrafyasın da hem de ülkemizde görebilmekteyiz. Tüm bu gelişmeler ve süreç ise hayatımıza yeni bir kavramın girmesine neden oldu. Şüphesiz ki o kavram tüm bu sınıfsız toplumsal hareketleri içerisine alan Prekarya kavramıdır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | We are living in a period in which radical changes and transformations are taking place in the world, and we are witnessing the existence of accelerated changes in social, economic, cultural and political structures. With the addition of the phenomenon of globalization to the developments that gained momentum after the mid-20th century, the changes that occurred in the societies began to show themselves both on the geography they existed and outside their current geographies with the developments in the communication channels. With these changes and developments, the positions and roles of the social events and the actors that show themselves in social events have started to be discussed and discussed again. The old social movements that emerged in the 1960s and were political poweroriented and economic interest-oriented class structures have been replaced by ecological movements, feminism-based movements, and anti-nuclear energy movements since the 1970s. Later, global justice movements emerged and started to grow gradually. These changes that have emerged in the social field have also changed the reasons for the existence of social movements, the characteristics of the masses, the forms of movement and their goals. Along with these developments, social movements that did not unite on a single subject level, diversified the subjects and did not appear to be class-based at first, emerged. Technological developments have given a new impetus to social movements. With the emergence of the internet and the increase in the use of social media, people have reached the power to start a social movement by interacting with individuals in their own countries and individuals living in very different geographies within seconds, transforming into large masses within minutes. We can see examples of this both in Europe, in the Arab geography and in our country recently. All these developments and processes caused a new concept to enter our lives. Undoubtedly, that concept is the concept of Precariat, which includes all these classless social movements. | en_US |
