Bütünleşik ÇKKV yaklaşımı ile AB ülkelerinin yaşam kalitesinin değerlendirilmesi

| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada, Avrupa Birliği (AB) ülkelerinin yaşam kalitesinin bütünleşik Çok Kriterli Karar Verme (ÇKKV) yöntemleri kullanılarak değerlendirilmesi amaçlanmıştır. Bu doğrultuda, 27 ülkenin yaşam kalitesi analizi Numbeo küresel veri tabanından elde edilen sekiz gösterge kapsamında Integrated Data-Driven Weighting System (IDDWS)- Measurement of Alternatives and Ranking According to COmpromise solution (MARCOS) bütünleşik modeli kullanılarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Kriterlerin ağırlıkları IDDWS tekniği ile belirlenmiş, ülkelerin sıralaması ise MARCOS yöntemi ile belirlenmiştir. MARCOS yöntemi ile elde edilen sonuçların sağlamlığını test etmek amacıyla duyarlılık analizi gerçekleştirilmiş ve MARCOS yöntemi sonuçları SAW, ROV, PIV, COPRAS yöntemleri ile karşılaştırılmıştır. Son aşamada ise nihai bir sıralama elde etmek için Copeland yöntemi uygulanmıştır. Çalışma sonunda, MARCOS ve SAW yöntemi sonuçlarının birebir aynı olduğu, diğer yöntem sonuçlarının ise küçük sapmalar göstererek farklılaştığı tespit edilmiştir. Copeland yöntemi sonuçlarına göre ise yaşam kalitesi bakımından Finlandiya, Danimarka, Hollanda ilk üç sırada yer alırken, Malta, Yunanistan, İtalya son üç sırada yer almıştır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | This study aimed to evaluate the life quality in European Union (EU) countries using integrated Multiple Criteria Decision Making (MCDM) methods. Accordingly, the life quality analysis of 27 countries was carried out using the Integrated Data-Driven Weighting System (IDDWS)-Measurement of Alternatives and Ranking According to COmpromise solution (MARCOS) integrated model within the scope of eight indicators obtained from the Numbeo global database. IDDWS technique was used to determine the criteria weights, MARCOS method was used to rank the countries. Sensitivity analysis was performed by including four methods (SAW, ROV, PIV, COPRAS) in the model to test the robustness. In the last stage, the Copeland method was used to obtain a final ranking. It was concluded that the rankings of the MARCOS and SAW method were exactly the same, while the results of the other methods differed by showing small deviations. Considering the final results obtained by the Copeland method, Finland, Denmark and the Netherlands are in the top three places in terms of quality of life, while Malta, Greece, Italy are in the last three places. | en_US |
