Lojistik sektörü özelinde Endüstri 4.0 farkındalık düzeyleri üzerine bir araştırma

| dc.description.abstract | Günümüzde işletmelerin mevcudiyetini sürdürebilmeleri ve rekabet avantajı elde etmeleri teknolojik getirilerin farkında olmalarına bağlıdır. İlk olarak 2011 yılında Almanya’da ortaya çıkan, Endüstri 4.0 olarak da anılan dördüncü endüstriyel devrim beraberinde getirmiş olduğu teknolojik yeniliklerle neredeyse tüm sektörler için yeni bir çağın kapısını aralamış bulunmaktadır. Tedarik zincirinin her noktasında hayati öneme sahip olan lojistik sektörünün bu devrimden en çok etkilenen sektörlerden olması beklenen bir durumdur. Bu doğrultuda çalışmada endüstriyel devrimler sırasıyla incelenmiş, Lojistik 4.0’ın bileşenlerinden bahsedilip, literatür taramasına yapılmıştır. Son bölümde ise lojistik sektöründe Endüstri 4.0 farkındalığı üzerine anket ile veri toplama yöntemi kullanılarak uygulama yapılmış, toplamda 233 adet geçerli katılımcıya ulaşılmış, Konya ilinde faaliyet gösteren lojistik firmalarının Endüstri 4.0 farkındalık düzeyleri saptanmaya çalışılmıştır. Çalışmanın sonuç bölümünde elde edilen veriler SPSS istatistik programı yardımıyla analiz edilip sonuçlandırılmıştır. Genel olarak işletmelerin Lojistik 4.0 teknolojilerini aktif bir şekilde kullanıp kullanmamaları fark etmeksizin belirli bir farkındalık düzeyine sahip olduğu, fakat uygulama noktasında istenilen seviyede olmadığı tespit edilmiş, bulgular neticesinde çeşitli önerilere yer verilmiştir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Today, the existence of businesses and their competitive advantage depend on being aware of technological returns. The fourth industrial revolution, also known as Industry 4.0, which first emerged in Germany in 2011, has opened the door to a new era for almost all sectors with its technological innovations. It is expected that the logistics sector, which has vital importance at every point of the supply chain, will be one of the sectors most affected by this revolution. In this direction, industrial revolutions were examined in the order in this study, the components of Logistics 4.0 were mentioned and a literature review was made. In the last part, an application was made on Industry 4.0 awareness in the logistics sector by using the survey data collection method, a total of 233 valid participants were reached, and the Industry 4.0 awareness levels of the logistics companies operating in the province of Konya were tried to be determined. The data obtained in the conclusion part of the study were analyzed and concluded with the help of the SPSS statistical program. In general, it has been determined that businesses have a certain level of awareness, regardless of whether they actively use Logistics 4.0 technologies, but not at the desired level at the point of application. | en_US |
