Özet
Küreselleşme ve ekonomik gelişmeler, muhasebe standart ve uygulamalarında sürekli gelişme ve değişmelere neden olduğu gibi muhasebe eğitiminin de değişimine sebep olmaktadır. Bundan dolayı eğitim planlarının ve müfredatlarının bu gelişmelere ayak uyduracak esnek bir yapıya kavuşturulması da önemlidir. Günümüzün ekonomik ve sosyal koşullarında değişmelere ayak uyduracak yetenekli ve bilgili muhasebeciler yetiştirmenin temelinde etkin bir muhasebe eğitimi yatmaktadır. Günümüzde muhasebe alanında yaşanan gelişmeler muhasebe eğitimini etkinleştirilecek yeni yöntem arayışlarına da sebep olmuştur. Bu çalışmanın amacı; lisans düzeyinde muhasebe eğitimi alan öğrencilerin başarılarını etkileyen etkenlerin ortaya çıkarılması amacı ile yazılmıştır.
Globalization and economic developments lead to not only constant improvements and changes in accounting standards and applications but also to changes in accounting education. Therefore it is significant that education planning and curriculum reach an elastic structure to keep up with these improvements. An efficient accounting education lies under the basis of teaching capable and well-informed accountants to keep up with changes at present economic and social conditions. At present developments experienced at accounting branch have activated accounting education and leaded to new method quest as well. The aim of this study is to uncover factors affecting students’success who take accounting at the level of bachelor’s degree.
