Özet

As a concept feeding from the various disciplines, organizational cynicism is an attitude that consists of the negative beliefs, impacts and behavioral tendencies towards organization. Based on the theories of organizational cynicism, character approach, situational, and social cognitive approaches to attribution, expectations, attitudes, theories of social interaction is explored in the literature. The purpose of this study is to determine the level of employee organizational cynicism. In our country, there has not been enough research on this issue so far. In this context, with this study it is intended to determine their relationship with cynicism and the demographic characteristics and employees' cynicism levels.
