| dc.description.abstract | Tez altı bölümden oluşmaktadır. Tezin birinci bölümünde, matrislerin sayısal görüntüleri üzerine literatür bilgilerini verdik ve tezin içeriği hakkında bilgiler sunduk. Tezin ikinci bölümünde, pozitif tanımlı ve pozitif yarı tanımlı matrisleri tanımladık, bu matrislerin sağladığı özellikleri sunduk ve bu özellikteki matrislere örnekler verdik. Tezin üçüncü bölümünde, kompleks matrislerin Gershgorin disklerini tanımladık, bu diskleri belirlemede rol oynayan teorileri verdik. Bazı matrislerin Gershgorin disklerini bulduk ve bu disklerin kompleks düzlemdeki resimlerini verdik. Pozitif tanımlı ve pozitif yarı tanımlı matrislerin Gershgorin diskleri üzerine bilgiler sunduk. Tezin dördüncü bölümünde, kompleks matrislerin sayısal görüntülerini tanımladık ve bu tür matrislerin sayısal görüntüleri üzerine bilgiler verdik. Bazı matrislerin sayısal görüntülerini elde ettik. Pozitif tanımlı ve pozitif yarı tanımlı matrislerin sayısal görüntülerini sunduk. Tezin beşinci bölümünde, maksimum cebirini tanımladık ve bu cebirde matris işlemlerini verdik. Maksimum cebirinde negatif olmayan matrislerin sayısal görüntülerini tanımladık ve bu tür matris matrislerin sayısal görüntülerini sunduk. Maksimum cebirinde negatif olmayan bazı matrislerin sayısal görüntülerini elde ettik. Tezin altıncı bölümü ise tez sonuçlarının ve önerilerin sunulduğu bölümdür. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The thesis consists of six chapters. In the first part of the thesis, we gave literature information on the numerical ranges of matrices and presented information about the content of the thesis. In the second part of the thesis, we defined positive definite and positive semidefinite matrices, presented the properties that these matrices provide, and gave examples of matrices with this property. In the third part of the thesis, we describe the Gershgorin disks of complex matrices and give the theories that play a role in determining these disks. We found Gershgorin disks of some matrices and gave pictures of these disks in complex plane. We have presented information on Gershgorin disks of positive definite and positive semidefinite matrices. In the fourth part of the thesis, we describe the numerical ranges of complex matrices and give information on the numerical ranges of such matrices. We have obtained numerical ranges of some matrices. We have presented numerical ranges of positive definite and positive semidefinite matrices. In the fifth chapter of the thesis, we have defined the maximum algebra and given the matrix operations in this algebra. We have defined numerical ranges of non-negative matrices in maximum algebra and presented numerical ranges of such matrices. We have obtained numerical ranges of some nonnegative matrices in maximum algebra. The sixth section of the thesis is the section where the thesis results and suggestions are presented. | en_US |
