| dc.description.abstract | 18. yüzyılın ikinci yarısında İngiltere'de su ve buhar gücüyle çalışan mekanik üretim alanlarının kurulmasıyla başlayan sanayileşme, teknolojide yaşanan hızlı gelişmeler ile bugün bambaşka bir boyuta ulaşmıştır. Özellikle bilgi ve iletişim teknolojilerinde yaşanan gelişmeler bugün dünyada Endüstri 4.0 olarak adlandırılan yeni bir sanayileşme sürecini başlatmıştır. Yaşanan teknolojik gelişmelere bağlı olarak gerçekleşen diğer sanayileşme aşamaları gibi Endüstri 4.0 süreci de üretim ve tüketim alışkanlıklarını etkilemekte, küresel güç dengelerini değiştirmektedir. Bu tez çalışmasında sanayileşme ve sanayi devrimlerinin tarihsel gelişimi incelenmekte, Türkiye imalat sanayinin bu devrimler arasındaki konumu tespit edilmektedir. Türkiye imalat sanayinin yapısı irdelenerek yapısal sorunlar ortaya konmakta ve bu yapısal sorunların giderilmesinin yolları aranmaktadır. Son olarak da Türkiye'nin Endüstri 4.0'ı yakalama potansiyeli araştırılmaktadır. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Industrialization, which started with the establishment of mechanical production areas working with water and steam power in England in the second half of the 18th century, has reached a completely different dimension today with the rapid developments in technology. Especially the developments in information and communication technologies have started a new industrialization process called Industry 4.0 in the world today. Like other industrialization phases that occur due to technological developments, the Industry 4.0 process also affects production and consumption habits and changes the global balance of power. In this thesis, the historical development of industrialization and industrial revolutions is examined and the position of the Turkish manufacturing industry among these revolutions is determined. Structural problems are revealed by examining the structure of the Turkish manufacturing industry and ways to solve these structural problems are sought. Finally, Turkey's potential to catch up with Industry 4.0 is being investigated. | en_US |
