| dc.description.abstract | Korku, okul çağı çocuklarının tedavi süreçlerini etkileyebilmektedir. Çalışma 18 Temmuz-8 Ağustos 2020 tarihleri arasında acil ünitesine başvuran 6-12 yaş arası 300 çocuk ile acile başvuran çocukların korku düzeylerinin belirlenmesi amacıyla gerçekleştirildi. Veri toplamada Çocuk ve Aileyi Tanıtıcı Formu, TİKÖ ve ÇKS kullanıldı. Veriler SPSS 21,0 paket programında sayı, yüzde, ortalama, standart sapma, min-maks değerler, Chronbach alfa değeri, Mann-Whitney U , ANOVA , Kruskal Wallis ve t testi ve post hoc ileri analizi ile değerlendirildi. İstatistiksel analizlerde p değeri 0,05'in altında (p<0,05) anlamlı görüldü. Çocukların %50,7'sin kız, %49,3'ünün erkek olduğu, iki veya üç kardeşe sahip olduğu, %54 annenin, %86 babanın çalışıyor olduğu, %51,3 hastaneye yatma deneyiminin olmadığı, %81 acil ünitesine başvurusunun olduğu belirlendi. TİKÖ işlemsel alt boyutundan 15,64±4,80, çevresel alt boyutundan 12,83±4,17, kişisel alt boyutundan 7,78±2,48, kişilerarası alt boyutundan 15,72±4,71 ve ölçek toplamından 51,97±13,08 puan aldıkları görüldü. ÇKS'da çocuğun kendi korkusuna 1,85±1,16 puan, ebeveynin 2,21±1,14 puan verdiği görüldü. Çalışmada, çocuğa ve ebeveynlere ilişkin bazı tanımlayıcı özelliklerin tıbbi işlemden korku durumunu etkilediği, TİKÖ puanlarının ortalamanın altında olduğu, çocuğun kendi korku puan ortalamasından daha ebeveynin verdiği puandan yüksektir. Sonuca göre, acil ünitesine çalışan hemşirelerin ebeveynleri ve çocukları bilgilendirmesi korkuyu azaltabilir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Fear can affect the treatment processes of school-age children. The study was carried out to determine the fear levels of 300 children between the ages of 6 and 12 who applied to the emergency unit between July 18 and August 8, 2020. Child and Family Introductory Form, TIQS and ÇKS were used for data collection. Data were evaluated with SPSS 21.0 package program with number, percentage, mean, standard deviation, min-max values, Chronbach alpha value, Mann-Whitney U , ANOVA , Kruskal Wallis and t test and post hoc advanced analysis. In statistical analyzes, p value below 0.05 (p<0.05) was found to be significant. 50.7% of the children are girls, 49.3% are boys, they have two or three siblings, 54% have mothers and 86% fathers are working, 51.3% have no experience of hospitalization, 81% have applied to the emergency unit determined. 15.64±4.80 from the operational sub-dimension of TIQ, 12.83±4.17 from the environmental sub-dimension, 7.78±2.48 from the personal sub-dimension, 15.72±4.71 from the interpersonal sub-dimension, and 51.97 from the total scale It was seen that they got ±13.08 points. In the ÇKS, it was seen that the child gave 1.85±1.16 points to his own fear, and the parents 2.21±1.14 points. In the study, it was found that some descriptive features of the child and the parents affected the fear of the medical procedure, the TIQ scores were below the average, and the child's own fear score was higher than the parent's score. According to the result, informing parents and children by nurses working in the emergency unit can reduce fear. | en_US |
