dc.description.abstractYönetim düşüncesi; toplumsal yapı ve ilişkiler ile çevresel etkenlerdeki değişimden etkilenmiş, böylece tarih boyunca farklı yaklaşımlar ortaya çıkmıştır. Üretim, bölüşüm ve mülkiyete dair hususları ihtiva eden iktisat ise söz konusu değişimlerde belirleyici bir konumda bulunmaktadır. Modern dönem öncesinde iktisat yönetimin tamamlayıcı bir unsuru iken feodalizmden kapitalizme geçiş iktisadi düşüncenin yönetim düşüncesi üzerinde belirleyici bir unsur olmasını sağlamıştır. Kapitalizmin ve bununla birlikte modern iktisadi düşüncenin gelişim süreci incelendiğinde ticari kapitalizm döneminin düşünsel ve icrai altyapısını oluşturan merkantilizmin aynı zamanda müdahaleci bir yönetim anlayışını ortaya koyduğu görülmektedir. Kameralist düşünürlerin iktisatsız bir yönetim biliminin gelişemeyeceğine dair görüşleri de oldukça dikkat çekicidir. Aynı şekilde iktisadi liberalizm de temelde yönetime dair fikirlerden oluşmakta ve sınırlı bir devlet anlayışını savunmaktadır. Modern iktisadi düşüncenin serüveni incelendiğinde de genel seyrin müdahaleci devlet ve sınırlı devlet çatışması içerisinde geçtiği anlaşılmaktadır. Böylece modern iktisat-yönetim düşüncesi ilişkisi iktisadın belirleyici olduğu şekliyle yeniden dizayn edilmiştir.en_US
dc.description.abstractAdministration thought; It has been affected by the changes in social structure and relations and peripheral factors, so different approaches have emerged throughout history. The economy, which includes the issues of production, distribution and ownership, has a decisive position in these changes. While economics was a complementary element of administration before the modern period, the transition from feudalism to capitalism enabled economic thought to be a determining factor on administration thought. When the development process of capitalism and modern economic thought is examined, it is seen that mercantilism, which constitutes the intellectual and executive infrastructure of the commercial capitalism period, also reveals an interventionist administration approach. The views of cameralist thinkers that a science of administration cannot develop without economics is also quite remarkable. Likewise, economic liberalism basically consists of ideas about administration and advocates a limited understanding of the state. When the adventure of modern economic thought is examined, it is understood that the general course passed in the conflict between the interventionist state and the limited state. Thus, the relationship between modern economics and administration thought has been redesigned in a way that economics is decisive.en_US
