| dc.description.abstract | Göç insanların; ekonomik, güvenlik, sosyal ve siyasal nedenlerle bulundukları yerlerden ayrılarak başka yerleşim yerlerine gitme eylemleri olarak tanımlanmıştır. Küreselleşme ile bağlantılı olarak gelişen ve günümüzdeki anlamına ulaşan göç olgusu bir takım olaylarla birlikte gelişme göstermiştir. Uluslararası göç olgusu ise özellikle Avrupa Birliği'nin gündeminde, AB'nin genişlemesi dolayısıyla üst sıralara yerleşmiştir. AB göç olgusu ile ilgili olarak ortak göç politikaları üzerinde çalışmış ve örneğin; 2008 Ekonomik Krizi gibi durumlarla karşılaştığında bu politikaların sağlıklı ilerleyemediğini de tespit etmiştir. Dolayısıyla bu çalışmada, küresel hareketlilik ve göç olgusu açıklanırken, öncelikle, göç teorilerinden faydalanılmış ve bu teorilerin göç hareketliliklerini anlamlandırma noktasındaki çalışmaları ele alınmıştır. Göç teorilerinden yararlanıldıktan sonra ise farklı göçmen gruplarının kimler ya da neler olduğu hakkında tanımlamalara gidilerek, bu grupların göç hareketi konusundaki etkilerinden bahsedilmiştir. Sonrasında göçün gelişim sürecine yer verilerek, bu süreçteki politikaların dönem dönem uygulanamamasının arkasında yatan sebepler belirtilmiştir. Bununla birlikte entegrasyon politikalarında başarılı kabul edilme sıralarına göre Avrupa Birliği ülkelerinden İsveç, Almanya, Fransa ve Polonya'nın ulusal göç politikalarından bahsedilmiştir. Bu ülkelerin hangi noktalarda birbirlerinden ayrıldıkları ve hangi noktalarda birleştikleri üzerinde çalışılmıştır. Aynı zamanda Avrupa'nın, Avrupa Birliği'nden ayrı düşünülemeyeceği görüşünden dolayı Avrupa Birliği ortak göç politikalarına da değinilmiştir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Migration is defined as the action of people leaving their places for economic, safety, social and political reasons and going for other settlements. The phenomenon of migration, which developed due to globalization and reached its current meaning, has developed with a set of events. The phenomenon of international migration, on the other hand, has been placed at the top of the agenda of the European Union, due to the enlargement of the EU. The EU has worked on common migration policies regarding the migration phenomenon and has determined that these policies could not progressed properly when faced with situations such as the 2008 Economic Crisis. Therefore, in this study, while explaining the phenomenon of global mobility and migration, first of all, the theories of migration were used and the studies of these theories at the point of making sense of migration movements were tackled. After making use of migration theories, definitions about who or what different immigrant groups are, and the effects of these groups on migration movements are mentioned. Afterwards, the development process of migration was included and the reasons why the policies in this process could not be implemented from time to time were stated. In addition, the national immigration policies of European Union countries Sweden, Germany, France and Poland are mentioned according to their success in integration policies. It has been studied at what points these countries diverged from each other and at what points they converged. At the same time, because of the view that Europe cannot be considered separately from the European Union, the common migration policies of the European Union are also mentioned. | en_US |
