Daha sonra suç önlemenin toplumun huzuru için önemi ve bunun için polisiye tedbirler, toplum destekli polislik ve insanların ahlaki ve dini açıdan güçlendirilmesinin etkisi tartışılacaktır.Crime prevention is more important and effective than clearifying the committed crimes, in order to maintain public order. This paper first of all axplain the concepts of crime, criminal, criminality, crime prevention and combatting crime, as well as the concepts of reactive and proactive policing.
