For this purpose, data was collected using the survey tech-nique from 402 participants selected by simple random method. Lov-ibond and Lovibond (1995) DASS (Depression Anxiety Stress Scale) and the Psychological Capital Scale developed by Luthans, Avolio, Avey and Norman (2007) used for data collection.
