Meslek Yüksekokulu Öğrencilerinin “İstihdam Edilebilme Yeteneği”nin Geliştirilmesi Üzerine Bir İnceleme:Karamanoğlu Mehmetbey Üniversitesi Örneği

The problem of employment is the leading element not only of our own country, but also of the entire world globally. Beside the fact that the number of the vocational higher schools increase, big difficulties have been faced to employ graduates of vocational schools of higher education. This report was realized in order to determine how capability of employment of the students in Vocational Schools of Higher Education can be improved. A survey was applied to senior class students at the programs in which social sciences were studied, whereupon the output data which were acquired were evaluated. The students in the last term of their education or which are educated in vocational schools of higher education would acquire what kind of knowledge and skill during their education period at the graduation level, deficiencies in education system, and introducing how elicit the development of employment capability of those students are being attempted.
