| dc.description.abstract | Bir öğretmenin aktif öğrenme oluşturabilmesi için o alan ile ilgili başlıca bilgilere sahip olması beklenmektedir. Bu bilgilerin başında alan bilgisi gelmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, beden eğitimi öğretmen adaylarının futbol ve cimnastik alan bilgisi gelişim düzeylerinin incelenmesidir. Çalışmaya 39'u 1. sınıf (17 kadın ve 32 erkek) ve 39'u 4. sınıf (16 kadın ve 33 erkek) olmak üzere toplam 78 beden eğitimi öğretmen adayı katılmıştır. Çalışmada yer alan 1. sınıf öğrencilerinin futbol ve cimnastik derslerinin öncesi ve sonrasında veri toplanmıştır. Dördüncü sınıf öğrencilerinin futbol ve cimnastik alan bilgisi verileri ise öğrencilerinin mezuniyetinden önceki son dönemlerinde toplanmıştır. Katılımcıların genel alan bilgisi düzeylerini ölçmek için futbol ve cimnastik genel alan bilgi testi kullanılmıştır. Özelleşmiş alan bilgisi düzeylerini ölçmek için ise içerik haritaları kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde tanımlayıcı istatistik ve tekrarlanan ölçümlerde t-testi kullanılmıştır. Bulgular incelendiğinde futbol ve cimnastik dersi öncesi 1. sınıf öğretmen adaylarının GAB ve ÖAB düzeyleri yeterli seviyede değildir. Dersler sonrasında birinci ve dördüncü sınıf öğretmen adaylarının cimnastik futbol GAB düzeyleri istenilen seviyeye (%75 ve üstü) ulaşamamıştır. Öğretmen adaylarının ÖAB düzeyleri istenilen başarı skorunu (3.0 ve üzeri) yakalayamamıştır. Beden eğitimi öğretmen adaylarının öğretim niteliğinin yükselmesinde alan bilgisi önemli bir etkendir. Beden eğitimi öğretmen yetiştiren kurumların alan bilgisinin alt boyutları olan GAB ve ÖAB'ne ayrı ayrı odaklanması önerilmektedir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | It is expected that a teacher should have initial knowledge bases in order to create active learning. Content knowledge is one of these knowledge bases. The purpose of this study was to examine physical education teacher education students' development level of soccer and gymnastic content knowledge. Participants were 39 first grade (17 women and 32 men) and 39 fourth grade (16 women and 33 men) students, totally 78 physical education teacher education students. Data collected from first grade students before and after soccer and gymnastic courses in physical education teacher education program. Fourth grade students' soccer and gymnastic content knowledge levels were collected at the last semester of these students. Soccer and gymnastic common content knowledge (CCK) test were used to examine participants' common content knowledge level. To collect participants' specialized content knowledge (SCK), content maps were utilized. Data analysis methods were descriptive statistics and paired sample t-test. Results showed that first grade students' soccer and gymnastic CCK and SCK levels were not sufficient before they participated soccer and gymnastic courses. At the end of courses and semester, first and fourth grade students could not reach expected CCK level (75 % or over) for both courses. Participants had lower SCK level than required score of 3.0 or over. Content knowledge is an important factor in order to increase physical education teacher education students' teaching quality. Physical education teacher education programme should focus on CCK and SCK separately. | en_US |
