The effect of political globalization on economic growth in Turkey: An empirical approach

Economic relations, which are enhanced by the developments in transportation and communication technologies, have brought cultures to interact with each other and also developed a global control mechanism in the international political arena. Therefore, today countries are unable to act independently and have to comply with international political norms and obligations. Because, noncompliance with international rules often brings some economic, political and even military sanctions on countries.
