| dc.description.abstract | Pişik, yenidoğan ve küçük çocuklarda bezlerin sürtündüğü bölgeler ile koltukaltı gibi kapalı bölgelerde sıcaklık, nem ve iritasyon sonucunda ortaya çıkan, rahatsız edici, yaygın cilt sorunudur. Bu tez çalışması; süt çocuğu servisinde tedavi gören ve birinci derece pişiğe sahip bebeklerin pişiklerinin iyileşme sürecinde zeytinyağı kullanımının etkisini araştırmak amacıyla deneysel olarak planlandı. Çalışma Eylül-Aralık 2020 tarihleri arasında Eskişehir Osmangazi Üniversitesi Tıp Fkültesi Hastanesi Süt Çocuğu Kliniğinde, herhangi bir nedenle tedavi gören ve birinci derece pişiği olan 0-24 aylık 37 bebek dahil edildi. Deney ve kontrol grupları arasında bephanten krem kullanımı ve zeytinyağı kullanımının pişik iyileşmesi üzerine veriler karşılaştırıldı. 18 bebek (%48,6) deney grubuna, 19 bebek (%51,4) ise kontrol grubuna dahil edildi. Çalışmaya katılan bebeklerin %51,4'ü kız, %48,6'sı erkek idi. Bebeklerin %86,5'i term, %10,8'i preterm doğum zamanında doğduğu belirlendi. Araştırmaya katılan bebeklerin gestasyon yaş ortalaması 38,01±1,86 hafta, postanal yaş ortalaması 192,78 ±150,61 gün idi. Deney ve kontrol gruplarındaki bebeklerin cilt skorlarının uygulama sonrası istatistiksel olarak anlamlı olduğu (p<0,05) ve deney grubunun cilt skorunun (,16±,51) kontrol grubuna (,52±,69) göre daha düşük olduğu görüldü. Pişikten korunma ve bakımında ailelere koruyucu kremlerden önce doğal, ucuz ve ulaşımı kolay olan zeytinyağı kullanmaları önerildi. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | The rash is the most irritating and most common skin problem in newborns and young children, which occurs as a result of temperature, humidity, and irritation in areas where the diapers rub and closed areas such as the armpits. This thesis works; The aim of this study was to investigate the effect of using olive oil on the healing process of diaper rash in babies with first-degree diaper rash who were treated in the infant ward. The study included 37 infants, 0-24 months old, who were treated for any reason in the Infant Clinic of a Medical Faculty Hospital, between September and December 2020, and had a first-degree rash. The data on the use of bephanten cream use and olive oil healing between groups was compared. 18 infants (48.6%) were included in the experimental group and 19 infants (51.4%) were included in the control group. 51.4% of the babies participating in the study were girls and 48.6% were boys. It was determined that 86.5% of the babies were born at term and 10.8% at preterm delivery time. The mean gestational age of the babies participating in the study was 38.01±1.86 weeks, and the mean postal age was 192.78 ±150.61 days. It was observed that the skin scores of the babies in the experimental and control groups were statistically significant (p<0.05) after the application and the skin score of the experimental group (.16±.51) was lower than the control group (.52±.69).
