Spor Örgütlerinde Görev Yapan Personelin Örgütsel Bağlılık Düzeyleri ile Güç ve Başarı Alt Kültürleri Arasındaki İlişkinin İncelenmesi

Özet
Kurumlarda örgütsel bağlılık ve örgüt kültürü anlayışının son yıllarda yapılan araştırmalar ile kurumlar için ne derece önemli olduğunun farkına varılması ile kurumlar bu alanlarda yoğunlaşma yoluna gitmiştir. Kurum çalışanlarının kurumlarında iş tatmini duyması, kurumunu benimsemesi ve çalışmalarında sürekliliği sağlaması örgüt kültürü kavramının benimsenmesi ile ortaya çıkmaktadır. Spor örgütleri de diğer tüm kurumlar gibi bir kültür olgusuna sahiptir ve bu kültür spor örgütlerinde bağlılık duygusu ile ilişkilidir. Araştırmada spor örgütlerinde görev yapan personelin örgütsel bağlılık düzeyleri ile güç ve başarı alt kültürleri arasındaki ilişkinin incelenmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Bu genel amaç çerçevesinde spor personelinin örgütsel bağlılık düzeyleri ile güç ve başarı alt kültürleri cinsiyet, medeni durum, öğrenim durumu, mesleki kıdem, görev yeri ve unvan değişkenleri açısından da incelenmiştir. Nicel araştırma desenlerinden biri olan ilişkisel tarama modeli kullanılarak tasarlanan bu araştırma, 2024 yılında Karaman, Konya ve Mersin illerindeki Gençlik ve Spor İl Müdürlüğü bünyesinde çalışan ve gönüllü olarak katılan 287 personelden oluşan bir çalışma grubunu kapsamaktadır. Araştırmada, veri toplama aracı olarak araştırmacı tarafından geliştirilen Kişisel Bilgi Formu, Meyer ve arkadaşları (1993) tarafından geliştirilen ve Yıldırım (2002) tarafından Türkçe 'ye uyarlanan Örgütsel Bağlılık Ölçeği ile Harrison (1972) tarafından geliştirilen ve Mamatoğlu (2006) tarafından Türkçe 'ye uyarlanan Örgüt Kültürü Ölçeği kullanılmıştır. Elde edilen veriler, istatistiksel paket programı kullanılarak analiz edilmiştir. Araştırma sonuçları incelendiğinde, spor örgütlerinde örgütsel bağlılık kavramının duygusal boyutu ile güç kültürü arasında anlamlı ve negatif bir ilişki olduğu, başarı kültürü ile ise anlamlı ve pozitif bir ilişki olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca, devam bağlılığı ile güç kültürü arasında anlamlı ve pozitif bir ilişki olduğu, normatif bağlılık boyutu ile başarı kültürü arasında anlamlı ve pozitif bir ilişki olduğu belirlenmiştir. Demografik değişkenlerden cinsiyet, medeni durum ve öğrenim düzeyine göre örgütsel bağlılık ile güç ve başarı kültürü arasında herhangi bir farklılık gözlemlenmemiştir.
With the realization of the importance of the understanding of organizational commitment and organizational culture in institutions through research conducted in recent years, institutions have started to focus on these areas. Employees of the institution feel job satisfaction in their institution, embrace the institution, and ensure continuity in their work emerges with the adoption of the concept of organizational culture. Sports organizations, like all other institutions, have a culture phenomenon, and this culture is related to the sense of commitment in sports organizations. The aim of the research is to examine the relationship between the organizational commitment levels of the personnel working in sports organizations and the power and success subcultures. Within the framework of this general purpose, the organizational commitment levels and power and success subcultures of sports personnel were also examined in terms of gender, marital status, education level, professional seniority, place of duty and title variables. This research, designed using the relational survey model, one of the quantitative research designs, covers a study group consisting of 287 personnel working within the Provincial Directorate of Youth and Sports in the provinces of Karaman, Konya and Mersin in 2024 and participating voluntarily. In the study, the Personal Information Form developed by the researcher as data collection tools, the Organizational Commitment Scale developed by Meyer et al. (1993) and adapted into Turkish by Yıldırım (2002), and the Organizational Commitment Scale developed by Harrison (1972) and adapted into Turkish by Mamatoğlu (2006) were used. The adapted Organizational Culture Scale was used. The data obtained was analyzed using a statistical package program. When the research results were examined, it was determined that there was a significant and negative relationship between the emotional dimension of the concept of organizational commitment and power culture in sports organizations, and a significant and positive relationship with the culture of success. Additionally, it was determined that there was a significant and positive relationship between continuance commitment and power culture, and a significant and positive relationship between the normative commitment dimension and success culture. No differences were observed between organizational commitment and culture of power and success according to demographic variables such as gender, marital status and education level.
