dc.description.abstractBu çalışma iş sağlığı ve güvenliği (İSG) risk değerlendirme (RD) çalışmalarında iş güvenliği uzmanlarının (İGU) risk değerlendirme yöntemlerini uygulamadaki performanslarını araştırmak amacıyla yapılmıştır. Bu kapsamda, ülkemizde ve dünyada yaygın olarak kullanılan RD yöntemlerinden olan Fine-Kinney ve L Tipi Matris yöntemleri kullanılmıştır. İşletmelerde en çok karşılaşılan tehlikelerden olan gürültü ve yüksekte çalışmayla ilgili oluşturulmuş tehlike senaryoları ve alt senaryolar bu iki yöntem ile İGU’lara RD yaptırılmıştır. Yapılan çalışma İGU’ların RD konusundaki mevcut başarı performanslarının belirlenmesi açısından önem arz etmektedir. Araştırma, iş güvenliği sektöründe Türkiye’de çeşitli illerde çalışan toplam 107 adet A, B ve C sınıfı İGU’nun katılımıyla gerçekleştirilmiştir. Elde edilen verilerin analizleri sonucunda İGU’ların RD performanslarının ve RD yöntemlerini kullanım yetkinlikleri belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Bununla birlikte İGU’lar arasındaki farklılıklar ortaya konularak önerilerde bulunulmuştur.
dc.description.abstractThis study was conducted to investigate the performance of occupational safety specialists (OSS) in applying risk assessment methods in occupational health and safety (OHS) risk assessment (RA) studies. In this context, Fine-Kinney and L Type Matrix methods, which are widely used in our country and in the world, were used. Hazard scenarios and sub-scenarios related to noise and working at height, which are the most common hazards encountered in the enterprises, were created and RD was carried out by the HRVUs with these two methods. The study is important in terms of determining the current success performance of the OSS’s on RA. The research was conducted with the participation of a total of 107 A, B, and C class OSS working in various provinces in Turkey in the occupational safety sector. As a result of the analyses of the data obtained, it was tried to determine the performance of the OSS’s and their competencies in the use of OHS methods. In addition, the differences between the OSS were revealed and recommendations were made.
