| dc.description.abstract | Bu çalışmada, ahlaki zekâ kavramının kuramsal temelleri, boyutları ve önemi ele alınmıştır. Ahlaki zekâ, bireylerin etik ve ahlaki değerlere dayalı olarak doğru ve saygın bir şekilde davranma kapasitelerini ifade eder ve empati, vicdan, özdenetim ve nezaket gibi temel unsurlardan oluşur. Ayrıca bu çalışmada, ahlaki zekânın bireylerin kişisel ve toplumsal yaşamlarına olan etkilerinin ne olduğu ortaya konulmuştur. Ahlaki zekâ, bireylerin sosyal ilişkilerinde ve kişisel gelişimlerinde kritik bir rol oynamakta, toplumsal uyumu teşvik etmekte ve yaşam kalitesini artırmaktadır. Bununla birlikte ahlaki zekânın geliştirilmesinde aileler ve okullar kritik role sahiptirler. Bu anlamda ebeveynler ve eğitimciler, çocuklara ve gençlere ahlaki değerleri model olarak öğretmeli ve disiplinli, dengeli bir eğitim yaklaşımı benimsemelidir. Ayrıca, empati, vicdan ve özdenetim gibi erdemlerin geliştirilmesi için özel eğitim programları düzenlenmelidir. Sonuç olarak, ahlaki zekâya sahip bireyler, toplumsal uyum ve etik değerler açısından önemli katkılar sağlayacaktır. | |
| dc.description.abstract | This study aims to contribute to the ongoing discussion on the theoretical foundations, dimensions and importance of the concept of moral intelligence. Moral intelligence could be defined as the capacity of individuals to behave in a manner that is considered correct and respectable, based on ethical and moral values. It may be thought that this capacity consists of basic elements such as empathy, conscience, self-control and courtesy. Furthermore, this study has also shed light on the impact of moral intelligence on individuals' personal and social lives. It seems fair to suggest that moral intelligence plays a significant part in how individuals interact with each other and in their personal development. It also appears to have the potential to promote social cohesion and to improve quality of life. It would be remiss of us not to acknowledge the vital role that families and schools play in the development of moral intelligence. It would be beneficial for parents and educators to consider teaching moral values to children and young people as models and adopting a disciplined, balanced educational approach. Additionally, it might be helpful to organize special education programs to develop virtues such as empathy, conscience, and self-control. This could potentially lead to individuals with moral intelligence making significant contributions to social cohesion and ethical values. | |
