| dc.description.abstract | Mitolojik olaylar başlangıçta, sözlü anlatımla kuşaktan kuşağa aktarılmıştır. Ancak mitolojik hikâyenin her yeniden anlatımında dinleyicinin ilgisini çekebilmek için, yerel olaylarla da birleştirilip, günlük yaşamdan alıntılarla süslenerek geliştirildiği de gözlenmektedir. Yunan sanatı da Yunan mitlerinin görsel anlatımını kendisine temel kaynak olarak görmüştür. Bu yüzden, en erken dönemden itibaren yapılmış ister heykeltıraşlık eserleri olsun, isterse seramikler üzerinde olsun, mitolojik sahneler oldukça fazla yer tutmaktadır. Bu açıdan Yunanlı sanatçılar, mitlerin çoğuna bazen körü körüne inanmışlar, bazen de mitleri küçümseyerek kendileri farklı açılardan konuya yaklaşarak görsel yorumlama yoluna gitmişlerdir. Yunanlı sanatçılar tarafından çok sevilerek farklı sanat dallarında kullanılan ve modern sanat tarafından da sık resmedilen mitolojik olaylardan biri de Herakles-Deianeira-Nessos hikâyesidir. Eskiçağda sanatçılar için önemli olan hikâyenin temel anlamıydı; değişik görsel sunumlar işin fantastik ayrıntılarıydı. Bu yüzden Herakles-Deianeira-Nessos hikâyesi, çok sayıdaki sanatçı tarafından farklı görsel yorumlarla aktarılmıştır. Burada kesin olan şudur ki, ister kamu binalarındaki heykellere konu olmalarıyla olsun; isterse seramikler üzerine boyanmış aynı mite ait farklı sahneler olsun, sanattaki ortak ve farklı yorumlarla, Yunan toplumunun oldukça geniş bir kesimi tarafından sevilerek benimsenmiştir. | en_US |
| dc.description.abstract | Mythical events were initially passed down from generation to generation by oral narratives However, with each retelling of the mythological story, it is observed that the narrative evolves by combining it with local events and embellishing it with references from daily life in order to capture the attention of the listener. Greek art also found its primary source of expression in visual representations of Greek myths. For this reason, mythological scenes, whether depicted in sculptural works or on ceramics, have always held significant prominence since ancient times. In this respect, Greek artists sometimes blindly believed in most of the myths, and sometimes they disdained the myths and approached the subject from different angles and preferred visualinterpretation. One of the mythological events loved by Greek artists and used in different branches of art and frequently depicted in modern art is the story of Heracles-Deianeira-Nessos. What mattered to artists in antiquity was the basic meaning of the story; different visual presentations were the fantastic details of the work. Therefore, the story of Heracles-Deianeira-Nessos has been conveyed by many artists through different visual interpretations. What remains certain) is that whether they serve as the subjects of sculptures in public buildings or as different scenes of the same myth painted on ceramics, it has been loved and adopted by a wide segment of Greek society, with common and different interpretations in art. | en_US |
