dc.description.abstractÇalışmanın amacı ergenlerde akıllı telefon bağımlılığı ile gelecek beklentisi ilişkisinin belirlenmesine yöneliktir. Örneklem grubu uygun örnekleme metodu kullanılarak Konya ilinde bulunan liselerden gönüllülük esas alınarak belirlenmiştir. Çalışmada 590 kız ve 467 erkek toplam 1057 öğrenci yer almıştır. Araştırmada; demografik verilere ilave olarak Şimşek (2012) tarafından geliştirilen “Gelecek Beklentisi Ölçeği (GBÖ)” ile Türkçe uyarlaması Noyan ve ark. (2015) tarafından yapılan “Akıllı Telefon Bağımlılığı Ölçeği (ATBÖ)” kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde katılımcıların kişisel bilgilerinin dağılımlarını belirlemek için yüzde ve frekans tanımlayıcı istatistik yöntemleri, verilerin normal dağılım gösterip göstermediğini belirlemek için verilerin çarpıklık ve basıklık değerleri kontrol edilerek Kolmogorov Smirnov testi yapılmıştır. Ayrıca t-testi, anova, Manova ve korelasyon analizi yöntemleri kullanılmıştır (α = 0.05). Bulgulara göre katılımcıların gelecek beklentileri ile cinsiyet, yaş, gelir düzeyi, derslere ilişkin başarı durumları arasında anlamlı farklılıklar belirlenirken; akıllı telefon kullanımı ile sadece yaş, derslere ilişkin başarı durumu ve akıllı telefon kullanım nedenleri arasında anlamlı farklılık olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Ayrıca akıllı telefon kullanımı ile gelecek beklentisi arasında pozitif yönde anlamlı bir ilişki olduğu belirlenmiştir. Araştırmanın mevcut sınırlılıkları ve gelecekte yapılması muhtemel çalışmalara yönelik değerlendirmeler bu anlamda tartışılmıştır.en_US
dc.description.abstractThe aim of this study is to investigate the relationship between smart phone addiction and future expectations in adolescents. The sample group was determined on a voluntary basis from high schools in Konya using with the appropriate sampling method. A total of 1057 students (590 girls and 467 boys) participated in the study. In the study; In addition to the personal information form, the Turkish version of the Future Expectation Scale developed by Şimşek (2012) and Smart Phone Addiction Scale was adapted by Noyan et al. (2015) was used. In the analysis of the data, descriptive statistical methods such as percentage and frequency were used and to determine the distribution of the personal information of the participants, and Kolmogorov Smirnov test was performed and the skewness and kurtosis values of the data to determine whether the data showed normal distribution. In addition, t-test, anova, Manova and correlation analysis methods were used (α = 0.05). According to the findings, significant differences were determined between the future expectations of the participants and gender, age, income level, and achievement levels of the courses; It was found that there was a significant difference between smartphone use and age, success level of the courses and reasons for using smart phone. In addition, there was a positive relationship between smart phone use and future expectations.The limitations of the study and evaluations for future studies are discussed in this sense.en_US
