The relationship between working anxiety, stress and depression with positive psychological capital at 2020 Covid-19 world pandemic

Özet
This study aims to reveal the relationship between the levels of anxiety, depression and stress observed in employees with positive psychological capital, during the Covid-19 outbreak that emerged in Wuhan, China in December 2019 and spread to the whole world in a short time. For this purpose, data was collected using the survey tech-nique from 402 participants selected by simple random method. Lov-ibond and Lovibond (1995) DASS (Depression Anxiety Stress Scale) and the Psychological Capital Scale developed by Luthans, Avolio, Avey and Norman (2007) used for data collection. As a result of the analysis made on the data collected in the research; positive psycho-logical capital levels of employees have been affect negatively the anxiety, depression and stress symptoms.
