dc.description.abstractSon yıllarda küreselleşme rüzgârlarının etkisiyle yabancı kişi ve sermaye için ulusal sınırların önemsizleştiği görülmektedir. Ülkeden ülkeye değişiklik gösterse de, hâkim anlayış, yabancı uyruklu kişi ve sermayenin girişine ve dolayısıyla taşınmaz edinmesine bu dönemde olumlu bakılmaktadır. Türkiye'de de 1980 sonrası dönemde benimsenen liberal ekonomik politikalar ve küresel ekonomik sisteme eklemlenme çabaları kapsamında yabancıların taşınmaz edinimini kolaylaştıran ve teşvik eden düzenlemeler yapılmıştır. Bu çalışmada yabancıların Türkiye'de taşınmaz edinimi konusunda yaşadığı süreç, Cumhuriyet döneminden itibaren incelenmiştir. Ayrıca Kırgızistan ve Türk Cumhuriyetleri ile seçilmiş bazı ülkelerdeki yasal mevzuata değinilmiştir. Son olarak yabancıların taşınmaz ediniminin turizm sektörü üzerindeki etkisi ekonomik, sosyal ve kültürel yönleriyle teorik düzeyde ele alınmıştıren_US
dc.description.abstractIn recent years it is been observed that national borders have become trivial for foreign individuals and capital with the effects of globalization winds. Even though the ideas may change regarding the country; foreign individual and capital inflows, therefore, the property acquisition of foreigners are positively assessed. Regulations to ease and promote property acquisition of foreigners in Turkey have imposed after 1980 period due to liberal economic policies and integration attempts to the global economic system. This paper considers the property possession process of foreigners in Turkey since the formation of the republic. Therefore, legal regulations in Kyrgyzstan and in other Turkic Republics and in some other selected countries are mentioned. Finally, effects of property acquisition of foreigners on tourism sector are analyzed theoretically on social, economic and cultural levelen_US
